He is survived by: his wife Mary Failor; his son Jamie Failor (Charlene); his sisters, Ann Robison and Judy Stice; and his stepchildren, Jimmy McIntire (Elizabeth), Janice Vandusen (Kelly), Sharon McGlasson (Dale), John McIntire, Karen Runyon (Aaron) and Ronald McIntire (Kandi). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
