He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Abram and Betty Ann Russell Lentz; his wife Mary Jean Lentz; and his son Bryan Andrew Lentz. He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Scott Lentz; his daughter-in-law Laura of Columbia; his granddaughters, Lillyann of Columbia and Roselynn of Columbia; his sister Karen Anderson; his brother-in-law Mark of Oran; and his brother Keith Lentz of Anna, Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
