He is survived by: his parent Tane Skultka (Michaud); his wife Amanda; his son Zackary Brice; his grandparents, Charles Skultka Sr., John Laverdure and Charlene Cantiberos; his aunts and uncles, Todd Michaud (Lisa), Christine Thomas (Jennifer), Susan Schmidt, Gary Hoaxie, Kendra Skultka, Amanda Skultka, David Skultka, Holly Laverdure and Donald Laverdure; and his pets, Beau, Bella, Mitsy and Missy.
