He is survived by: his father James Cook; his brother Nathan Cook (Samantha Shoemate); his nephew Oliver Cook; his grandmother Edith Cook; and his aunts and uncles, Mary Crabtree, Sherry Stell (Monty), Beth Cook, Jeff Cook and Kenny Stotler. He is also survived by many cousins and additional family members.
