He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Whitworth and Cleo Whitworth; and his nephews, Tyler and Blaine Whitworth. He is survived by: his son Joel (Erin); his grandchildren, Clare, Hannah and George of Arlington Heights, IL; his son Jonathan; his grandchild Copper of Moberly; and his daughter Jillian. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
The family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the Blaine Whitworth Foundation or Windsor High School Master Scholarship Endowment Fund (WHS MSEF) and may be sent in care of Hadley Funeral Home, 405 East Benton Street, Windsor, MO 65360.
