He was predeceased by: his parents, Orion Williams and Lydia Kelly Williams; his siblings, Orion George, Everett Eugene, Billy Joe, Mary Jeanette, Raydell Calvin, Thelma Marie Williams Robinson, Bernice Faye Williams Coleman, Carson Wayne, Ralph Edward, Edward Lee, Terry Leon and Jerome Richard; and his grandson Christopher Powell.
He is survived by: his wife Verl Williams; his children, Harry Don Williams Jr., Andre Walton, Chris Walton, Mykene Powell, Melissa Williams-Pulley, Asya Powell, Ava Smith Powell and Aquiera Smith; and his sister Shirley Deanne Williams Larkins. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
