He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Harrison and Hattie Brizerdine Harrison; his spouse Shirley Sapp; his son Kevin Harrison; and his stepdaughter Rhonda Knowles.

He is survived by: his stepdaughter Cindy Knowles Blakemore of Columbia; and his grandchildren, Cory Blakemore (Jina), Branden Bryant (Mary), Brittney Jones (Darin), Randi-Jo Bryant, Angela Buholt, Josh Harrison and Justin Harrison. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Parker-Millard Funeral Services & Crematory (Columbia). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
