He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fowler and Pauline Fowler; and his siblings, Dennis, Don, David, Chucky and Diana.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Fowler; his children, Gary Fowler Jr. (Tara) and Jessica Scarbrough (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Bradley, Morgan, Jeremiah, Brea and Madilyn; and his great grandchildren, Oakley, Axton and Dawson.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Warsaw First Church of Nazarene (712 Elm Dr, Warsaw, MO 65355).
