He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford S. Taylor and Lorabel Taylor (Cornelison) of Diagonal, Iowa.. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Jean; his children, Shannon Olson (J. K.) and Steven Taylor (Corie); his grandchildren, Grace, Liam, Claire, Madison and Emma; and his siblings, Janelle Dalbey (Larry), Sharla McCarron (Owen), Jack Taylor (Dixie) and Deanna Warin (Mike). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed in Caring Hearts and Hands of Columbia, Forum Christian Church, or the Parkinson's Support Group in Columbia, Mo.
