She was predeceased by: her parents, Green Franklin Carey and Mary Ellen Carey (Rouse); her husband Bobby D. Sutton; and her sister-in-law Pat Carey. She is survived by: her children, Robert "Rob" Sutton (Karen), Paul Sutton (Laura) and Susan Palmer (Royce); her grandchildren, Dena Couasnon (Zach), Kevin Sutton (Caroline), Justine Sutton, Russ Palmer (Monica), Chris Palmer (Necole) and Jon Palmer; her great grandchildren, Landon Rehg, Jacob Sutton and Madeleine Couasnon; her nieces and nephews, Jason Carey, Brent Nichols, Dwayne Carey, Bruce Carey, Rhonda Parton, Debbie Skaggs, Brenda Via, Lynn Bielski, Robin Calcote, Yvonne Chapman and Sherilee Christopher; her sisters-in-law, Louise Carey and JoAnn Carey; and her siblings, Robert Carey, Donald Carey, Bill Carey, Ernest Lee Carey, Vincent Carey, Virginia "Aileen" Level and Juanita Hyde.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Nilson-Millard Funeral Service & Crematory (12 E Ash St, Columbia, MO 65203).
Memorials are suggested to Red Rock Cemetery.
