We are sad to announce that on August 24, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Edward Lee Meyer of Columbia, Missouri, born in Marshall, Missouri. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alwood G. "Bud" Meyer and Essie Mae Heying Meyer; his grandson Nicholas Meyer; and his double lung donor Matthew Bishop. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Chris Meyer of Marshall and Kimberly Juba (Tom) of Columbia; his grandchildren, Lucas, Logan Meyer, Jack and Maeve Juba; his sister Ann Monteleone of New York; and his friends, Bobby Montgomery, John Pavacic, Les McKinney and Steve Tuck (family: Dewey, Kristy, Melissa Bishop). He is also survived by many cousins; and his donor family.
Instead of sending flowers, the family suggests that you make a donation to Saline County Shooting Sports or to family choice, with checks made payable to Cindy Meyer, which will be used to help families impacted by organ donation.
