He is survived by: his wife Brenda Zumwalt of Columbia; his daughters, Charlotte Frazier (Justin) of West Plains, MO and Melissa Ussery (Jamie) of Springfield, MO; his mother Joy Zumwalt of Columbia; his siblings, Daniel Zumwalt (Joni) of Columbia and Phyllis Sapp of Columbia; and his grandchildren, Landon Frazier, Cory Schmidt, Justin Schmidt, Zachary Holliday, Andrew Holliday, Lexi Ussery and Jayden Ussery.
