He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Ratliff (Heather) of Buford, Scott Ratliff (Natalie) of Columbia, MO, Brent Ratliff (Kristin) of Le Sueur, MN and Jeanna Gaines (Troy) of Columbia, MO; his grandsons, Aiden, Evan, Mack, Jace Ratliff, Ethan and Elliott Gaines; and his siblings, Gerry Darling (Buzz) of Kirksville, MO, Russell Ratliff (Kay) of Buffalo, SC, Clifford Ratliff of Shelbina, MO, Brenda Barnett (Randy) of Casper, WY, Richard Ratliff (Tammy) of Shelbina, MO and Wanda Darling of Shelbyville, MO. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
