He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Perryman and Margaret Perryman Jr. (Nye); and his siblings, Mark Perryman, Carey Perryman, Carol Perryman and Vic Perryman.
He is survived by: his nieces, Nicki Fuller (John) of Owasso and Mandy Perryman (Kathryn) of Springfield, Missouri; his sister-in-law Jackie Perryman of Owasso, Oklahoma; and his nephews, Lyndi Perryman, Jack, Luke Fuller and Graham Perryman.
