It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Naomi Jeanne Phinney (Collins, Missouri), born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on July 13, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Randolph Rozzel and Ora May Rozzel (Smith); and her husband James. She is survived by: her children, Diana J Dorow (Rick) of Yellville, Arkansas and James M Phinney (Laurie) of Eldon, Missouri; and her grandson Jacob Phinney (Megan) of Eldon, Missouri. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews that she loved as her children.
