He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Owens and Dora Eding Owens. He is survived by: his wife Martha Ann Owens; his children, Robert Owens, Jr. of Olympia and Dana Haza (Luis) of St. Simon Island; his grandchildren, Claire and Erik Owens; his friends, Neil, Marilyn Heimsoth and Diane Peck; and also Jenny Richens. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
