He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Williams (Kottman) and James Williams; his stepmother Ruth Williams; his wife Patty Williams; and his brothers, Jim Williams, Jack Williams and Roger Williams.
He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Ann Boss; his sons, Scott Williams (Krystal) of Dalzell and Mark Williams (Andrea); his brother Jerry Williams of Dallas, Texas; and his grandchildren, Grace, Cooper, Brady (Allison), Sophie, Jack and Luke.
The family suggests memorial contributions be given to Benton County Cancer Fund in care of the Fox Funeral Home, Cole Camp.
