He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Herb Hines and Virginia Harmon; his uncles, Mike, Bobby and Junior Harmon; his aunt Barbie; and his cousins, Mike Harmon and Jeff Melton.
He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Blackwell; his son Jaden Michael Hines; his parents, Kelly Hines (Harmon) of Cole Camp and Robert Hines of Kansas City; his grandmother Joyce Hines of Grain Valley; his brother Bobby Hines (Cassie); his nieces and nephews, Sadie, Trey, Samantha, Cierra and Jon of Independence; his sister Jamie Martin; his nieces and nephews, Ashley, Bailey, Dakota of Independence and Jennifer Anderson (Eddie Frank); his half-sister Brooklyn; his brother Jack of Independence; his aunts and uncles, Sharon, Vern Stelling of Cole Camp, Francie, Ed Lawson of Grain Valley, Billy, Janice Harmon of Kansas City, Jack, Ramona Harmon of Dallas, Tom Harmon of Kansas City, Ted Harmon of Kansas City and Sheila Lacore of Pratt; his cousin Ryan Lawson; and also, Avery of Kansas City and Jennifer Blackwell Floyd of Blue Springs.
Due to COVID-19 concerns, there will be plenty of space for social distancing and masks will be required.
