He was predeceased by: his children, Brooke and Justin Flockhart; his sister Terri Flockhart; and his brother-in-law Ron Sisney. He is survived by: his son Gary Dean; his wife Kathy Sisney; his sister Vanessa Goss (Duke) of Waynesville; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Sisney (Mary Lee) of Sedalia and Jane Sisney of Monett.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the First Baptist Church.
