He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Clinton Edward; his wife Rebecca J. Mueller; his children, Samantha (Joshua Johnson) of Boliver, Jessica (Lance Matthews) of Bakersfield, California, John Birdsong of Versailles and Matthew Wedge of Stover; his grandchildren, Alizabeth Johnson, James Lambert, Callie Lambert, Matthew Johnson, Kalep Lambert and Bradley Johnson; his great grandchildren, Tucker Lambert, Rowena Williamson, Aurora Lambert and Rumor Williamson; his niece Janet Phillips; his great-niece Hannah Phillips; and his great-nephews, Owen, Hayden, Cameron and Parker.
