We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2024, at the age of 77, Carol Anne Hertel of Cole Camp, Missouri, born in Waukegan, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine Antoinette Wicinski (Koziol) and Casimir Wicinski; her daughters, Andrea Hertel and Angela Hertel; her brothers, Norbert Wicinski, Robert Wicinski and Thomas Wicinski; and her siblings-in-law, Conrad Walker, Kenneth Hagen, Marilyn Wicinski, Helen Wicinski, Patsy Wicinski and Bernadine Wicinski.
She is survived by: her husband Alfred Hertel; her children, Alfred Scott (May Hertel) and Sara Lynn Hertel-Williamson of Cole Camp; her siblings, Joan Ann Walker of San Antonio, Dolores Hagen of Fox Lake, Marion Wicinski, Daniel Wicinski of Machesney Park and Martin Wicinski; her sister-in-law Suzanne Wicinski; and her grandchildren, Zachary (Karly Williamson), Emily Williamson, Anthony Williamson, Abbey Hertel and Alec Hertel. She is also survived by her family and friends.
The family suggests memorial contributions be given to Benton County Cancer Society in care of the Fox Funeral Home, PO Box 37, Cole Camp, MO 65325.
