She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Stevens and Opal Stevens (Davis); her husband Hershel Howerton; her siblings, Junior Stevens (Loretta), Donald Stevens (Shirley), James Stevens, Jack Stevens (Evonne) and Bernice Long (William); and her brother-in-law Bill Rose.
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas (Tammy) of Long Lane, Phillip (Victoria) of West Plains and John (Marlana) of Phillipsburg; her grandchildren, Cole Howerton, Audrey Howerton, Claudia Tinsley and Sarita Rivera; her siblings, Jerry Stevens, Ronald Stevens (Connie) and Betty Sue Day (Jim); her cousin Judy Kalin; her sister-in-law Gladys Miller; and her niece Sherry Hillhouse. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Harmony Cemetery.
