She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Clyde Donald Budd, Sr.; her parents, Leota Moore Carter and James Carter; her siblings, Loris, James, Mary, Helen, Violet, Evelyn and Charles; her sons, Donnie, Dennis and Richard; and also, Rollie and Cora Budd. She was also cherished by Mom and Dad met through mutual friends.
