He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Ross and Nola Ross (Eaton); his siblings, Richard Ross, Eugene Ross, LeRoy Ross, Ronnie Ross, Dorothy Weber and Marie Matchell; and his grandson Zane Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Luke; his children, Dennis Ross (Ellen) of Piedmont, Dan Ross (Connie) of Clubb, Don Ross (Sandy) of Clubb and Regina Wilson (Greg) of Clubb; and his grandchildren, David Ross (Crystal), Timothy Ross (Esperanza), Hillary Henson (Tyler), Emily Strickland (Tracey), Alicia Ross-Schupbach (Chris), Ashley Sullivan (Trevor), Seth Wilson and Rachel Bronander (Job). He is also survived by 24 great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Memorials may be given to the New Hope General Baptist Church.
