She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Edgar and Mary Edna Varner Briggs; her husband James L. McKeaigg Jr.; her brothers, Uel Briggs and Lester Briggs; and her sons-in-law, Robert Garrett and Paul Collins.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Garrett of Clinton, Larry McKeaigg (Pris) of Independence, Missouri. and Sue Collins of Independence, Missouri.; her grandchildren, Mathew Collins (Lisa) of Blue Springs, Missouri. and Deanna Collins Allison (Eric) of Blue Springs, Missouri.; her great grandchildren, Kaitlin Allison Moore (Kelcey) of Kansas City and Lauren Collins of Blue Springs, Missouri.; her great great grandchild Lyla Rae Moore; her siblings, Glen Briggs of Clinton, Shelby Briggs (Marilyn) of Clinton, Clyde Briggs (Donna) of Clinton, James Briggs (Carol) of Deepwater, Missouri., Bonnie Winter, Esther Singer of Clinton and Shirley Murphey (Joseph) of Joplin, Missouri.; and her sister-in-law Jackie Briggs of Clinton, Missouri.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the LaDue Cemetery and can be left in care of the funeral home.
