He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Helen Ragland (Bradley). He is survived by: his children, Janice Ragland of Liberty, Nancy Ragland of Clinton, William Burril Ragland, Darrell Ragland (Val) of Hastings Nebraska and Roy Ragland (Chris) of Liberty; and his grandchildren, Jonathon Ragland (April), Ashley Ragland Dilley (Tom), Stanton Ragland, Garrett Ragland, Alison Joyce (Kevin), Abby Stoddard (Nick), Andrew Huber (Taryn), Culley Creach (Colette), Marlena Wells and Rebecca Wells.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to The Gideons International and can be left in care of the funeral home.
