It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Lou Carter of Clinton, Missouri, born in Appleton City, Missouri, who passed away on December 16, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hoarce Mackey and Rosa Mackey; her daughter Debbie (Eugene); and her siblings, Ross, Eddie and Mildred.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene Carter; her children, Ricky, Randy (Lisa) of San Diego and Brandy of Peculiar; her stepdaughters, Hope and Faith Carter; her sister Doris Nagle of Kansas City; her son Rick (Cheryl) of Windsor; her grandchildren, Stacey, Amy, Brian, Emily, Sarah, Dawn, Devin, Jeramiah, Charity, Cody and Haley; her great grandchildren, Kirsten, Alec, Brennen, Evie, Keira, Evan, Michelle, Kelsey, Katelyn, Karley, Kinzleigh and Hunter; and her great great grandchildren, Lane, Kayden and Declan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
