She was predeceased by: her parents, Garold "Sonny" Lloyd King and Opal Elizabeth King (Higgins); and her brother Gary King. She is survived by: her son Adam (Gina Witherspoon) of Garnett; her sister Loretta Marie Meyer of Warsaw; and her grandchildren, Brook Witherspoon of Clinton, Madeline Witherspoon of Nevada, MO, Reese Witherspoon of Garnett, KS., Reagan Witherspoon of Garnett, KS. and Chance Witherspoon of Garnett, KS.. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, several cousins.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Allen Street Baptist Church and may be left in care of the funeral home.
