She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Anne Saltzman and Jimmy Lee Saltzman; her brother Corey Deane Saltzman; her grandparents, George Elwin, Eunice Holyfield (Williams) of Virginia and Norma Saltzman; her uncles, Randall Holyfield and Richard Billy Saltzman; and her cousins, Elizabeth Pearl Manley, Timothy Holyfield, Jr. and Zachary Picking.
She is survived by: her siblings, Melissa Kaye Frey (Keaton), Rebecca Sue Monroe (Ryan) and Eric Saltzman; her grandfather Richard William "Bill" Saltzman (Montana); her nephews, Keaton Frey, II and Kellen Frey; and her niece Lili Monroe.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the family for the establishment of Sensory Garden in memory of Tammy Saltzman.
