It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia L. Ballmer in Clinton, Missouri, who passed away on December 22, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Carder and Erma Carder; her children, Susie Ellis and Danny Ellis; and her granddaughter Danielle Welch.
She is survived by: her children, Wilbur Ballmer, Sharon Sorden and Kathy Welch; and her brother Ronnie. She is also survived by 6 grandsons; 3 granddaughters; 12 great-grandsons; and 3 great-granddaughters.
