He is survived by: his wife Melodie Miller; his children, Holden Miller and Allyssa Miller of MountainGrove; his stepdaughters, Brandy Gerkey of Mountain Grove and Sasha Jacobson of Mountain Grove; his stepgrandsons, Hunter and Elijah Miller of Mountain Grove; his brothers, Ralph Miller (Brenda) of Cabool, Lonny Miller (Karen) of Cabool and Jerry Miller of Bono; his sister-in-law Vickie Miller of Cabool; his mother-in-law Lorraine Gerkey of Mountain Grove; and his brothers-in-law, Tim Gerkey (Tracy) of Springfield, Stan Gerkey (Stacey Jo) of Tennessee and Roger Gerkey (Cindy) of Tennessee. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, greats and greats nieces and nephews, several cousins and many friends.
