He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda Jo Eddy; and his brother Ronald Eddy. He is survived by: his sisters, Patricia Burmeister and Audrey Ex; his children, Perry Eddy, Brian Eddy (Denise) and Sharron Gough (JL); his grandchildren, Ethan, Jake, Christy, Ash, Leah and Elijah; and his great grandchildren, Marley and Millie.
