He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his children, Jay Noel (Susan) of Greenwood, Michael Balentine (Autumn) of Raymore, Chipper Balentine (Amanda) of Raymore and Nikki McBride (Derek) of Orlando; his grandchildren, Catlyn, Andrew (Alyssa), Braden, Alexis, Alison, Logan, Trevor, Lexi and Fiona; his siblings, Ronnie Noel of Texas, Ricky Hayworth of Missouri, Sid Noel of Florida and Marion Knotts of Belton; and also Monroe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Higginsville Veterans Cemetery (20109 MO-13 BUS, Higginsville, MO 64037).
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Robert Noel Memorial Fund and may be left in care of the funeral home.
