She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Couch and May Couch; and her children, Anita and Radon. She is survived by: her spouse Wolf Hazell; and her children, Kelly Plumlee and Russell Plumlee. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
