She was predeceased by: her parents, John Strean and Linnie Strean; and her siblings, JD Strean, Margaret Northrop and Charlene Strean.
She is survived by: her significant other C. B. Carter; her children, Duane Carter (Sue), Elaine Millam (Chris), Allen Carter and Jennifer Grimes (Mitch); and her grandchildren, Nathan Carter (Jennifer), Janelle Jolley (Brandon), Eric Millam (Allison) and Sara Strough (Shawn).
Memorial contributions can be made to Fields Creek Cemetery and may be left in care of the funeral home.
