He is survived by: his mother Teresa Renea Spackler (Breshears); his wife Chelsea Ferguson; his daughter Haisley; his father Doug Spackler; his brothers, Kyle Spackler (Breanna) and Taylor Spackler (Jessica); his grandparents, Kenneth Spackler (Peggy) and Wanda Breshears; his parents-in-law, Jay Ferguson (Liz) and Pat Muller (Scott); his siblings-in-law, Camron Ferguson (Preston Vassar), Ellen, Bryce and Cody; and his nieces and nephews, Ada, Camden, Hayden, Renlee, Stetson, Vaylin, Callie, Easton and Brantley.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Mason Spackler Memorial Fund and may be left in care of the funeral home.
