She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodville Stout and Mary Stout (Casburn); her husband Robert J. "Bob" Cook; her brothers, Tom Stout, Jim Stout and John Stout; and her great grandchild Joseph Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Ron (Helen) of Clinton, John (Mary) of Clinton, Jim (Jackie) of Clinton, Laraine George (Craig) of Eureka, Linda Christy (Scott), Greg (Norma), Rita Coulter (John), Charles (Amy), Stan (Anita), Karen Qualls (Roy), Scott (Jodi), Pat, Steve of Kansas City, MO, Theresa Hunsberger (Doug), Lawrence and Carl (Stephanie); and her siblings, Bill Stout and Norma Acker. She is also survived by 38 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions to be made to Holy Rosary Catholic School or Holy Rosary Catholic Church and may be left in care of the funeral home.
