Linda Ann Stanford Obituary

Linda Ann (Beck) Stanford, daughter of Floyd and Josephine (Lockney) Beck, was born October 3, 1949 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She departed this life September 10, 2021 in Lebanon, Missouri at the age of seventy-one years. Linda graduated from Clinton High School in 1968. After graduation, she was employed with Brooks Brothers Clothing Manufacturing and also Unitog Manufacturing.

She had a care-givers heart and provided in-home health care to many individuals over the years. She enjoyed a variety of hobbies, including fishing, painting rocks and sharing them with her family and friends, and spending time outdoors. She especially enjoyed the time spent making memories with her family. Linda lived for her kids, grandkids and family.

She was a sweet soul, who touched so many lives. She was the light for those who couldn't find their own. She never met a stranger, and made friends anywhere. Linda had a strong, unwavering faith, and loved her praise and worship channel, even until her final days. Linda had a playful, fun side too. She loved to prank her family and friends, and her laugh and smile could make anyone's day.

We all miss our sweet little Mama, and will carry her love and memories in our hearts forever. Linda is survived by her son, John Dickerson, Lebanon, Mo.; four daughters, twin daughters, Jennifer Bettels-White (Matthew), Olathe, Ks., and Joanne Schafer, Overland Park, Ks., Jamie Renee Stanford (Myk Salgado), Lebanon, Mo., and Joyce Ann Stanford, Lebanon, Mo.; her twin brother, Larry Beck, Windsor, Mo.; three sisters, Eldona Beck, Republic, Mo., Patty Williams Richardson, Louisville, Ky, and Pamela Kostner, Leawood, Ks.; seventeen grandchildren, Alexis, Cheyenne, Vivian, Gracie, Eleanor, Sara, Brayden, He-qwa, Eimaj, Evert, Skylar, Canaan, Dalton, Hannah, Lyle, Jasmine and Paul; four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends who loved Linda dearly.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, Johnny Beck. Memorial graveside service and burial will be Saturday, October 2, 2021 at the Englewood Cemetery, Clinton, Mo., under the direction of the Bradley & Hadley Funeral Home, Clinton. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m., just prior to the graveside service, at the Bradley & Hadley Funeral Home, Clinton.

Masks are requested while attending the visitation. The family suggests memorial contributions to Circle of Hope-NICU Foundation (circleofhope.com), or The Pink Fund (pinkfund.org). These donations may be left in care of the funeral home.
