He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Combs and Mildred Combs (Wiley); his parents-in-law, Louis and Eula Eckhardt (Whitchurch); and his brothers-in-law, Forrest Parks and Richard Brasier.
He is survived by: his wife Pearl Combs (Eckhardt); his grandchildren, Pam, Aspen Gottmann, Sherie, Ron Martinez, Kelsie, Hayley Martinez, Clinton, Jill, Eric Snider, Lily and Bodee Snider; his sister Boann Parks; his niece Shalon Dittus (Myles); his sister Donna Brasier; his nieces, LeeAnn Torrez (Iannick) and Leslie Gregoroski (John); his brother Max Combs (Barb); his nephew Brad Combs (Emily); his niece Jodi Billings (Brent); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Adison Dittus, Lena, Marin Torrez, Gracey, Emma Gregoroski, Quintin, Carley Combs, Jordon and Jackson Billings. He is also survived by three children and were blessed with four granddaughters and one grandson.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the Drake's Chapel Cemetery, Heartland Hospice of Butler, Mo., or the Golden Valley Memorial Hospital Oncology Department, and these donations may be left in care of the funeral home.
