He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia Page (Stephens) of Clinton and Jimmie Page I; and his grandparents, Ben Page, Evelyn Thomas, Vermon Stephens and Daisy Stephens.

He is survived by: his children, Kyler, Kasyn and Kashtyn; his sisters, Tricia Sell and Krista Allen; his nephews, Dylan Page, Trenton Sell and Jason Johnston; his niece Rylee Simpson; his great-niece Mistie Page; and his great-nephews, LeeLand and Ben Page (Hayley Dugan).

The family suggests memorial contributions to the Jimmie Page memorial fund and may be left in care of the funeral home.
