She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Homer and Mary Ann Salmon (Hannah); her former spouse Claud Mac Elliston; her husband Calvin Eugene Ashley; and her siblings, Faye Kneip (Wayne), Dorothy Erhart (Russell), Lucy Schallert (Maurice), Louise Stricker (Edward), Pauline Mannen (Elmer) and John Salmon (Nadine). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Hill & Son Funeral Home (213 W 6th St, Appleton City, MO 64724). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at the Appleton City Cemetery (13500 NW 1000 Rd, Appleton City, MO 64724).
The family suggests memorial donations be made to APPLETON CITY CEMETERY ASSOCIATION.
