He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Fantz and Violet Fantz (Estell). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Ruth Fantz (Hass); his son Carl Fantz of Olathe, Kansas; his stepdaughters, Patti Hunter (Rick) of Texas and Sandra Cox (Jim); his siblings, Stephen Fantz of Clinton, Missouri, Ronda Wiley of Lincoln and Cindy Parratt of Clinton; and his grandchildren, Ashley Wareham, Tabitha Cox, Tiffany Cox and Dustin Hunter. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
