He is survived by: his mothers-in-law, Betty L. Roush and Viola Mae Stark; his children, Ronda Box and Rick Neland (Karen); his brothers, Anthony "Tony" Neland and James "Jimmy" Neland; and also, Ray, Ronda, Richard and Judy Neland. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
