She is survived by: her significant other Jay Mullen; her daughters, Echo Bellomy (Jeff) and Kaila Collins; her grandchildren, Shyanne Bellomy, Sierra Bellomy, Micheal Dehart, Hailea Dehart and Tristin Powell; her great grandchild Londyn; and her siblings, Doug Collins and Gail Green. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
