Delores Wellington Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Delores Wellington of Clinton, Missouri, born in Van Buren, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 22, 2024 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her mother Neva Brannum; her husband George Wellington; and her sons, Jeffrey Huckleberry, Richard Huckleberry and Gregory Huckleberry.

She is survived by: her children, Steven Huckleberry of Independence, Charles Huckleberry (Maria) of Clinton, Samuel Wellington (Mellisa) of Kingsville and Jennifer Rucker of Clinton; and her sisters, Wanda Thompson of Missouri and Donna McFarland of Missouri. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and may be left in care of the funeral home.
