She was predeceased by: her father Varner Kohenskey; her husband Roger Prewett; her daughter Chris Swope; and her siblings, Jimmy and Henryetta.
She is survived by: her mother Irma Kohenskey (Kelly); her children, Steven (Barbara) and Kim; her siblings, David, Kenny, Veneta, Cathy, Betty and Ronda; and her grandsons, Dalton and Derek.
