He was predeceased by: his wife Myra Melone Holyfield; his parents, Eunice Virginia Holyfield (Ginny) and George Elwin Holyfield; his siblings, Randall Elwin Holyfield and Virginia Anne Saltzman (Jenny); and his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Pearl Manley, Tammy Jo Saltzman, Corey Deane Saltzman and Timothy Lee Holyfield, Jr..
He is survived by: his brothers, Randy, Timmy and Timothy Holyfield; his nieces and nephews, Christy Crossland, Melissa Frey, Rebecca Monroe, Jerry Dinsmore and Randall Holyfield Jr.; and also Clarence Ida Williams.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the Old Drum Animal Shelter or the Children's Memorial Park. These donations may be left in care of the funeral home.
