He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bayard, Sr. and Lacona Jane Bayard (Hatcher); and his sister Sandra Belden. He is survived by: his spouse Alpha Irene Feldman; his children, Charles F. "Chuck" Bayard (Kari) and Sonya L. Lasater (Andy); his grandchildren, Kyle Bayard, Alyssa Bayard, Dylan Bayard, Cason Lasater (Mikaleigh), McKayla Lasater and Zachary Lasater; and his siblings, Ted Bayard, Peoria, Susie Force (Floyd), Beth J. Bayard-Cisneros and Pekin.
