He is survived by: his children, Martha Allen of Humansville, Chuck Allen of Clinton, Louann Allen of Lucasville, Brian Allen (Shelly) of Columbia, Sean Allen of Jefferson City and Mark Allen of Independence, Missouri. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
