She was predeceased by: her parents, Vancil Goth and Bernadine Goth; her husband Robert Shook; her brother Jerry Goth; and her brothers-in-law, Mike Simmons and Rex Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Ruana Gladfelter (Mark), Vance Shook, Michelle Sanders (Larry) and Corinda Guerra (Brian); her grandchildren, Alex Shook, Katlyn Gladfelter (Aidin), Alyssa Gladfelter, Xander Hills, Sarah Redburn (Jess), Allanah Hills, Ian Hills, David Levering, Andy Guerra and Ryan Guerra; her siblings, Darrel Goth (Rose), Van Goth (Sharon), Kay Goth, Norma Simmons, Doris Smith and Karen Baker (Gary); and also Alara Hinkle.
Memorial contributions can be made to Clinton Animal Rescue Endeavor (C.A.R.E.) and may be left in care of the funeral home.
